This Shipping & Delivery Policy should be read along with our Terms of Service and Refund & Exchange Policy available on our website.


1. Applicability

This policy applies to all orders placed on www.aarvikas.com under the brand Aarvis – Promise of Elegance.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time and will be announced separately if enabled in the future.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all domestic orders.

  • Express Shipping (if available): Offered for select pin codes at an additional charge, clearly displayed at checkout.

Shipping availability and timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, and product type.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-volume periods, promotions, or for made-to-order products, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp in such cases.


5. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines begin after dispatch, not from the order date.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (where applicable): 3–5 business days

These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed. Aarvis shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, regulatory checks, or circumstances beyond our control.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and tracking link via email and/or SMS.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and ensuring availability at the delivery address.


7. Address & Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and pin code provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

  • Aarvis is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping may be subject to additional processing time.


8. Delayed, Lost or Undelivered Shipments

  • If your order has not been delivered within 15 business days from dispatch, please contact our support team.

  • In case of confirmed loss in transit by the courier partner, Aarvis will assist with a replacement or resolution as per internal verification.


9. Damaged, Defective or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect or missing item

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory requirement:

  • Clear photos and a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package must be shared.

  • Claims raised without an unboxing video or raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

10. Shipping for Exchanges & Returns

  • Once an exchange or return request is approved under our Refund & Exchange Policy, Aarvis will provide return instructions.

  • Replacement products (if approved) will be dispatched after the returned item passes quality inspection.

  • Delivery timelines for exchanged items follow standard shipping timelines.

Please note that all exchanges and returns are governed strictly by our Refund & Exchange Policy, and shipping timelines do not override eligibility criteria.


11. Partial Deliveries & Split Shipments

In certain cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability or logistics. Customers will be informed accordingly.


12. Force Majeure

Aarvis shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government regulations, or courier disruptions.
