Aarvis – Refund & Exchange Policy
At Aarvis – Promise of Elegance, we are committed to offering a fair, transparent, and legally sound refund and exchange process. This policy is designed to protect both our customers and our brand. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
Time Frame
• All refund or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of successful delivery, as marked by the courier partner.
Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict & Non-Negotiable)
• A clear, continuous, and unpaused unboxing video is compulsory for all refund or exchange requests.
• The video must show the parcel from sealed condition to complete product reveal, including tags, labels, and packaging.
• The video must be recorded without cuts, edits, filters, or pauses.
• Requests raised without a valid unboxing video will be rejected without exception.
Product Condition
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, unwrinkled, and returned in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
• Any signs of use, damage after delivery, perfume smell, stains, or tampering will lead to rejection of the request.
Proof of Purchase
• A valid order ID / invoice is mandatory for all refund or exchange requests.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following are strictly not eligible for refund or exchange:
• Custom-made, altered, or personalized products
• Products purchased during sale, discount, promotional, or clearance events
• Requests raised after the 48-hour eligibility window
• Products returned without a valid unboxing video
• Products damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or customer negligence
• Minor variations in color, weave, zari, texture, or finish that occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or handcrafted nature of products
3. Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are subject to internal quality verification and approval by Aarvis.
• Products may be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value only. Any price difference must be paid prior to dispatch.
Exchange Timeline
• Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• After approval, the product must be dispatched back by the customer within 3 days of receiving return instructions.
• Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Policy
• Refunds are applicable only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Timeline
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• In rare or exceptional circumstances, refunds may take up to 15 business days.
Refund Mode
• Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.
• Shipping fees, payment gateway charges, or convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Return & Pickup Process
• Return or pickup logistics will be communicated only after request approval.
• Aarvis reserves the right to accept or reject any return based on quality checks, video evidence, and internal verification.
• Products failing quality inspection will be shipped back without further liability.
6. Limitation of Liability
• Aarvis shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, government restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control.
• Liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.
7. Policy Abuse & Final Decision Rights
• Any attempt to misuse, manipulate, or exploit the refund and exchange policy will result in rejection of the request.
• Aarvis reserves the final and binding right to approve or decline any refund or exchange request.
